1. Data we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, business email, company), product telemetry necessary to operate the platform (logged actions, error reports), and limited marketing analytics from this website. Detection data we ingest about counterfeit and infringement signals does not, in normal operation, contain consumer personal data.
2. How we use data
We use personal data to operate, secure and improve the service; to invoice and support customers; to send service emails; and, with consent where required, to send relevant marketing communications you can opt out of at any time.
3. Sub-processors and transfers
We use vetted sub-processors for hosting, email, billing and customer support. Our sub-processor list and data-transfer mechanisms (SCCs / IDTA) are available on request and inside the customer Trust Center.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
